Loving husband of Shirley ?Jean? for 63 years; dear father of Don (Susan) Widener and Melinda Gillogy; grandfather of Nathaniel, Brianna, and Jason; great grandfather of 4; brother of Eleanor (Edd) Looney; preceded in death by siblings Shirley (Wallace) Crump, Charles (Nell) Widener, Jr., Jeannene (Jim) Schmidt, and William Widener. Don was a veteran US Air Force Korea. He retired from Pontiac Motor in 1986 after 30 years of service. Don enjoyed woodworking, fishing, gardening, camping, and helping a neighbor. Visitation: Family will receive friends Sunday 5:00-8:00 PM at our WATERFORD location. Funeral Service: Monday, September 19, 2016 at 12:30 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME - WATERFORD.
